Introduction of Okra


So, this blog is about our case study in okra plantation  which is located in Alor Mengkudu, Alor Setar, Kedah. basically, okra is Albelmoschus esculetus L known as okra is a flowering plant belonging to the Malvaccae family.    

These plant are grown in tropical , subtropical and temperate temperatures around the world.
In the European market, okra is considered to be an ethnic vegetable and is consumed mostly by African, Caribbean and Asian communities. Okra is shipped to the Europe  by air. These plant are grown in tropical , subtropical and temperate temperatures around the world.
Okra is a popular health food because of its high fiber content, vitamin C and folate. It is also a source of calcium and pottasium. Ginger is green, non-leafy vegetables, widely spread in Malaysia and abroad. The fruit is soft, slimy/sticky (mucilaginous) dense with nutritional content.
